DG Employment & Social Affairs has asked EIM and SEOR to perform an international comparative study. The project investigates the following three particular areas:
The study covers 15 EU member states and the insights obtained from this study will be used to publish a compendium of good practices. The compendium will provide practical details on the role of public policies and on how to provide appropriate incentives to employers and employees. The purpose of the current project is to provide information on which this compendium will be based.
